There has been a steady stream of persons that have liked to register after the official deadline which was on the 4th August. For this reason we have decided to keep the registration open until 31 August or as long there are still rooms available. If there are rooms still available after the deadline, you should contact the organizers directly to make enquires about available rooms and payment will be done at the venue.

The fee includes access to all meeting activities, accommodation in single or double bed rooms and full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee) from lunch on Thursday 11 September to lunch on Sunday 14 September.

The abstract submission has now closed, with almost 100 abstracts submitted. It is possible to submit late-breaking abstracts until 4 August which is also the last day to register. Late-breaking abstracts will not be included in the normal abstract book, and will not be considered for oral presentation. To submit late-breaking abstracts, download the Abstract submission form, fill the requested fields and submit it to abstract@gcc18.com. As a guideline to the suggested formatting of the abstract, you can download an example file.

Note that the Abstract title, Author(s) and Affiliation(s) fields are limited to 200 signs and the Abstract to 2000 signs.

* We are legally obliged by Swedish law to add VAT (value added tax) to the meeting fee. Many organisations, especially within the EU, can deduct this cost. On the 21/3 2014  9500 SEK ≈ €1070, $1480, £900 and 8000 SEK ≈ €900, $1250, £760.
